Hawk Estate: A Venue for Unforgettable Moments

Discover Hawk Estate, a beautifully realized barn venue set against a tranquil country landscape, designed to be the perfect canvas for your most important events. From magical weddings and festive holiday parties to professional corporate retreats, our space combines rustic sophistication with contemporary comforts and spectacular natural surroundings.

With versatile indoor and outdoor areas, adaptable floor plans, and elegant details, Hawk Estate offers a truly idyllic setting for any gathering.


The Main Event: Inside the Timber-Frame Barn

The centerpiece of our estate is a magnificent, custom-built timber-frame barn.

  • Architectural Grandeur: High, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams create an atmosphere that is both grand and intimately welcoming. Seating for up to 150.
  • Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living: Unique, massive barn doors are featured on both sides of the structure, opening up the space to allow for breathtaking entrances, abundant natural light, and a refreshing cross-breeze.
  • A Blank Canvas: The wide-open interior can be configured to perfectly suit a wedding ceremony, a formal reception, a lively party, business and personal events.
  • Warm Illumination: A combination of clean, modern light fixtures and large windows fills the space with a warm, enchanting glow from dawn until dusk.
  • Guest Comfort: Two spacious and well-appointed modern bathrooms are available for the convenience of your guests.

The Nest: A Private Suite Above It All

Tucked away upstairs above the Barn is a complete apartment, offering a private sanctuary for your event. This space is perfectly suited for:

  • The Bridal Party: A serene and comfortable area for the wedding party to get ready, relax, and savor the moments before the ceremony.
  • Overnight Guests: A charming and convenient accommodation for visiting family or close friends.
  • Command Center: A quiet, out-of-the-way space for event planners and vendors to coordinate details seamlessly.

Gatherings Under the Open Sky

Our outdoor spaces are designed to connect your event with the stunning natural beauty of the estate.

  • Ceremonies Beneath the Ancient Madrone: Just fifty feet from the barn stands a majestic old Madrone tree, creating a ceremony site unlike any other. Its peeling red bark and evergreen leaves form a living, sun-dappled canopy. The Madrone, a symbol of strength and resilience, offers a deeply meaningful backdrop as you exchange vows. This natural amphitheater comfortably seats up to 200 guests and is particularly magical during the golden hour of late afternoon.
  • The Expansive Stone Terrace: Flowing directly from the barn, a spacious stone patio provides the ideal setting for a cocktail hour, starlit reception, or simply a place for guests to mingle while taking in the views of the rolling hills.
  • The Sunken Fire Pit: A standout feature of the estate is our sunken fire pit lounge. With seating for up to twenty guests, it’s a cozy and inviting spot for late-night conversations, roasting s’mores, and enjoying the warm glow under the stars.

We empower you to create a dining experience that is truly your own. Our venue is designed to provide complete culinary flexibility.

  • Food Truck Friendly: We offer direct access for food trucks, allowing you to feature a variety of gourmet or casual vendors for your main meal or late-night snacks.
  • Your Choice of Catering: Whether your vision includes an elegant plated dinner, a casual buffet, or a festival of food trucks, you have the freedom to choose what best suits your taste and style.

No matter the occasion, Hawk Estate offers a remarkable and flexible setting for your next celebration.

Maximum Event Capacity: 150 people for a wedding inside the barn and up to 200 if outdoor spaces are used.

Usable areas:

Indoor barn, outdoor lawn for wedding with a flagstone walkway and ceremony space, Large adjacent courtyard with a fire pit to accommodate 20 plus people. Additional lawn area for games, large parking space, natural forest,

Lodge with 4 bedrooms with King Size beds that can sleep up to 16 in beds.

Gourmet, fully stocked kitchen, large dinning room area, table seating for up to 32, large deck with table seating for an additional 20 people outside. Large first floor patio with table seating for 6 people.

Bridal suite in the loft of the Barn (Nest) that can sleep up to 6 with a kitchenette and balcony overlooking the barn floor,  

2 RV hookups.

Large patio linking buildings.

Selection of various wedding decorations are available for an additional rental fee.

Everything that comes with a full wedding venue rental: tables, chairs, linens, audio/visual equipment, parking, getting-ready suites, etc.

Includes use of up to 15 six foot round tables and 12 ten foot 6 inch wood tables.

A variety of table cloth colors available for the round tables.

Parking area, Indoor additional space that can be used for food prep and serving or a Happy Hour, Housing accommodations for up to 16 people that includes 8 privately and 8 in sofa beds, almost completely furnished chef’s kitchen, private wine tasting room, fold down 85” television in the barn.

Wheelchair accessibility: The barn and courtyard are wheelchair accessible. The top floor of the Lodge is not wheelchair accessible but the bottom floor bedrooms are. There is an accessible bathroom in the barn.

Pricing:

Full Weekend Wedding Package – Thursday night to Sunday midday access to all spaces (Venue, Lodge, Nest, Grounds)  $19,000 Includes 3 nights accommodations for 22 or more guests, Chef’s kitchen for rehearsal dinner, Access in advance for setup.

We can provide a list, but couples can bring their own. We reserve the right to approve outside vendors.

Alcohol/Catering Policy:  

Yes, you can and we recommend it if you want to serve adult beverages. We do not offer any type of bartender or alcohol sales.

We can recommend caterers but don’t have any in house. We reserve the right to approve outside vendors.

No. You will need to organize all of your food needs. We have extensive facilities that can be used to prepare whatever menu you desire. Bring you own chef. They will love the kitchen!

Amplified music is allowed from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

Setup & Tear down Rules: 

Guests are responsible for set up, tear down and clean up. Wood tables will be set up by Hawk Estate.

What happens if there is bad weather for an outdoor ceremony? There is ample indoor and covered spaces to accommodate most eventualities

Yes, through our insurance company.

Yes! Our venue is designed to make your day as special as it can be.

Can I rent some or all of the lodging without renting the wedding venue?

Yes you can. We offer the Lode and the Nest.

Yes. We offer Customized wedding packages.

Will you do the entire wedding for us?

We will take care of every aspect of your special day. Relax, let us maintain the focus. enjoy!

Can I host other types of events at Hawk Estate?

We do indoor and outdoor events as seasons permit. We have a large barn style group area.

Many types of events, lectures and corporate meetings work well in our space.
